No, there's neither yaoi nor yuri in this manga, although some of the friendships in the manga, for example between Ango and Ryou, are treading quite close to the line. But all male-male and female-female relationships are definitely generally friendship-centered only.
After all, the people who created the 7 Seeds project wanted the Seeders to leave behind descendants and re-populate Japan; there's no way they'd have allowed homosexuals into the program. In many senses, they were quite prejudiced; disabled people and the like also weren't allowed in. The Seeders were supposed to be the perfect Japanese, Team Summer B being the only exception.
